What we offer
Washing is the first step that decides final pellet quality in film recycling. PURUI washing lines remove contaminants so the pelletizing stage receives feedstock with properties close to virgin material.
Alongside PP/PE film and PP woven bag washing systems, food-grade milk bottle washing lines are available for HDPE hollow containers and PP rigid material.
After washing, a plastic squeezing dryer brings moisture down from above 30 % to the 1 – 3 % range, preparing the material for pelletizing.
