What we offer

In automotive hose production, precise forming, uninterrupted output and the ability to switch between part geometries are what decide the result. The SAIMANSI S3000-22V fully automatic bending and forming machine is built for plastic tube from Ø 6 to 22 mm.

It combines feeding, heating, bending and cooling into a single automatic sequence and removes the need for a metal forming mould. Compared with setups that use a separate oven and metal moulds, it cuts the work of preparing, storing and changing moulds, along with intermediate handling and waiting time.

It can be planned together with multilayer and braided hose extrusion lines (DEKUMA), sitting downstream of extrusion as the forming station.
