What we offer
Melt filtration is one of the most critical steps in a recycling extrusion line. The PURUI Laser Filter is designed to separate solid contaminants such as wood, paper and stone from the polymer melt.
The system monitors pressure and the screen cleaning rate can be set automatically or manually. On heavily contaminated feedstock, two-stage laser filtration completes coarse and fine filtration within the same process — raising foreign-matter discharge while keeping polymer loss down.
